You can exchange or get store credit within 7 days as long as it’s unworn, with tags still on. Refunds are only eligible for store credit. If theres a fitting issue, then we also offer exchanges.
Everything needs to come back in its original condition and packaging. If your size isnt available for exchange, we’ll hook you up with store credit to use anytime.
Final sale items, anything bought with a promo code, or pieces that are worn, washed, stained, damaged, or missing tags cant be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
To start a return or exchange, email us at covabae@gmail.com with your order number, what you’re sending back, and (if exchanging) the size you need. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Store credit or exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your item. Return shipping is on you unless we messed something up.
